Derbyshire County Council Highways Team make repairs to road in Willington

Dozens of residents in Willington have made representations to police and a local authority about the condition of a road in a South Derbyshire village in the last few weeks.

Locals reported concerns about a number of potholes on Beech Avenue in Willington.

These road safety concerns have been actioned, and it was delightful to meet with Councillor Matt Benfield from Derbyshire County Council at the location yesterday, (Thursday 5 February), to see the repair works underway.
